Subprocessor Register

Savari L.L.C-FZ (Savari) uses specialist providers to deliver the Service. Core providers support the hosted platform. Feature-dependent providers process Customer Personal Data only when the relevant feature is enabled, configured, or used for that customer.

This register describes providers that may act as subprocessors. A customer’s enabled-provider schedule should be confirmed in its Order Form, data-flow record, or other agreed documentation.

1. Core providers

Convex, Inc.

Purpose: backend services, database, search indexes, and file storage for Customer Data submitted to the Service.

Hosting: customer data is hosted on Convex Cloud in the United States.

Vercel Inc.

Purpose: web application hosting, static content delivery, server-side request handling, deployment logs, and diagnostics. Request content and identifiers may be processed depending on the route.

Hosting: static site content is delivered through Vercel’s global network. Application functions run in configured regional infrastructure.

2. Feature-dependent providers

  • Stripe — subscription billing, payment status, and optional customer payment processing when billing or payment features are configured.

  • Revolut — optional merchant payment processing when the Customer enables the integration.

  • Resend — transactional email delivery when email delivery is enabled.

  • Pusher — real-time application events and notifications when a configured feature uses Pusher.

  • Trigger.dev — background imports and workflow execution when an applicable import or workflow is used.

  • PostHog — configured product analytics, diagnostics, and alerting when analytics or observability is enabled.

  • Tinybird — optional operational analytics and audit-event processing when enabled.

  • Intercom — customer support and in-app assistance when support is requested through the enabled integration.

  • Twilio — optional SMS, telephony, and voice services when the Customer enables messaging or voice.

  • Fly.io — hosting for an optional voice gateway when Savari voice is enabled.

  • xAI — optional voice artificial-intelligence processing when an applicable artificial-intelligence feature is enabled.

  • Google Maps Platform — address lookup, geocoding, maps, and routes when configured mapping features are used.

  • GraphHopper — optional routing and distance calculations when a GraphHopper-backed route feature is used.

  • Xero — optional accounting integration when the Customer authorises Xero.

  • Sage — optional accounting integration when the Customer authorises Sage.

  • Samsara — optional telematics integration when the Customer authorises Samsara.

3. Data protection and security

Savari’s processor commitments, subprocessor terms, change-notice process, international-transfer qualifications, and relevant technical and organisational measures are set out in the UK Data Processing Addendum.

4. Changes and questions

Savari will provide notice of a new material subprocessor in accordance with an accepted Data Processing Addendum. Urgent changes needed for security, continuity, or law may be notified on a shorter timetable as described there.
