These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Savari platform, operated by Savari FZ-LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its principal office at 2911 Julpher Tower, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE (“Savari”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By creating an account or using Savari in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. The Service

Savari is a cloud-based CRM and fleet-management system designed for operators in the transport industry. The platform includes tools for bookings, fleet management, operations, messaging, analytics, and related business functions (“Service”).

Savari provides software only; we do not operate transport services, vehicles, or personnel.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years old, and

  • Authorised to act on behalf of a business to register an account.

By using Savari, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activity under your account

  • Ensuring your users (drivers, staff, contractors, etc.) comply with these Terms

We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately if:

  • Payment is overdue

  • There is misuse, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms

4. Subscription, Billing & Payments

Savari operates on a subscription-based billing model.

4.1 Free Trials

Free trials may be offered at our discretion. Trial durations may vary per customer.

4.2 No Refund Policy

All payments are final. Savari does not offer refunds for:

  • Monthly or annual subscriptions

  • Early cancellations

  • Non-usage of the Service

Please ensure the plan you select meets your business needs.

4.3 Failed Payments

If payment fails or remains overdue, Savari reserves the right to:

  • Suspend access to the platform

  • Terminate the account

  • Restrict features until payment is made

5. Data & Privacy

5.1 Data Collected

Savari stores and processes operator data, which may include:

  • Passenger details

  • Booking information

  • Vehicle and fleet data

  • User information

  • Communication logs

  • Analytics and operational metrics

This data is processed solely to provide the Service.

5.2 Backups & Data Loss

Savari performs routine system maintenance, but we do not guarantee that data will be backed up or recoverable.

Savari is not liable for any data loss.
Customers are responsible for taking regular backups of their own data.

5.3 Account & Data Deletion

If you terminate your subscription, data may be permanently deleted according to our retention policy.

A full Privacy Policy should accompany these Terms (you can ask me to draft that next).

6. Permitted Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Savari for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities

  • Upload or transmit malicious content, viruses, or harmful code

  • Abuse the messaging features

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

  • Copy, distribute, or reverse engineer the platform

We may monitor usage to ensure security and compliance.

7. Availability & Service Changes

Savari aims for high uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may:

  • Update or modify features

  • Add or remove functionality

  • Perform maintenance at any time

We are not responsible for downtime, delays, or disruptions.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

Savari makes no guarantee that:

  • The Service will meet your requirements

  • The Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted

  • Data will be preserved or recoverable

You acknowledge that technology systems may experience outages, bugs, or interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law:

  • Savari is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • Savari is not liable for operational issues, delays, or errors in transport activity.

  • Savari is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access.

  • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account:

  • For non-payment

  • For violations of these Terms

  • For misuse or harmful behavior

  • For any reason with reasonable notice

You may terminate your account by cancelling your subscription, but no refunds will be issued.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically under the jurisdiction of Dubai.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the Dubai courts.
