Godiva Travel: Five Months on Savari
How a Coventry coach operator settled onto one platform, and what they’re using it for day to day

Godiva Travel Ltd was incorporated in January 2018 and has been led from the start by Managing Director Randeep Singh Dehele. Based in Coventry, the family-run business has grown into a coach and minibus operator covering corporate travel, VIP and executive hire, airport transfers, events, weddings, school and college work and private hire, with minibuses from 8 to 33 seats and coaches up to 56 seats. The fleet now sits at 20+ vehicles, including three new vehicles brought in this October.
Before Savari, Godiva Travel had been using PH Cloud.
Randeep first saw Savari at the Bus and Coach Expo in April 2026. He came to the show with Wayne, his transport manager, and they sat through a demo together. That’s when they were impressed with the system, and the decision to move followed from there.
At the beginning of June 2026, the team took over Savari. By the end of October, they’d been running on the platform for about five months, long enough to settle in and see where it actually helps day to day.
What they needed
As the operation grew, Randeep didn’t want the team fighting the software.
He didn’t want people duplicating work across screens.
And he didn’t want allocations and compliance living in separate places that made the day slower than it needed to be.
What he needed was a platform that could handle the real work of a coach operator, bookings, vehicle allocation, compliance, without unnecessary admin.
That’s where Savari fitted.

How they’ve been using it
Over those first five months, the focus has been on the parts of the job that eat time if the system gets in the way.
Smart allocations. Getting the right vehicle and driver onto the right job without the usual back-and-forth. For a mixed fleet of minibuses and coaches, that kind of allocation is where small delays add up. Savari’s allocation tools have made that part of the day easier to run, including as three new vehicles came into the fleet this October.
Compliance. Keeping the paperwork and checks that sit around a PSV operation in one place, so the team isn’t chasing records across different tools. With a growing fleet of 20+ vehicles, compliance isn’t optional admin. It’s part of running the business properly.
Day-to-day running. Bookings, customers and the live picture of what’s on the road, without constantly logging in and out of different systems or retyping the same job.
It’s a relatively simple brief on paper.
But operationally, it makes a significant difference.
When you’re managing vehicles, drivers, bookings and customers every day, small amounts of unnecessary administration quickly add up. Having allocations and compliance working properly means the team can spend more time managing the operation and less time managing the software.
Saving time where it matters
For Godiva Travel, moving onto Savari wasn’t just about changing software.
It was about removing unnecessary steps from the working day.
Five months in, that shows up in the practical stuff, faster allocations, clearer compliance, less switching between systems, and a platform the team can keep building on as the business develops.

Built for how operators actually work
Savari wasn’t designed as a generic booking screen. It was built from real experience running coach operations, for the way operators actually work day to day.
For Randeep and the Godiva Travel team, it’s about making the operation simpler.
For Savari, it’s another example of why the platform was built in the first place.
Not just for one company.
Not just for one fleet.
But for the way real coach operators actually work.
One connected platform.
Built by operators, for operators.
